On December 6th and 7th, Transparency International EU will bring together Transparency International chapters, policy makers, EU officials, international organisations such as OECD and UNDP, as well as civil society organisations from around the globe working to discuss the influence of money in politics.
The event will discuss the issues of political corruption, parliamentary ethics, lobby transparency and party and campaign finance. The two-day conference will start with a half-day event at the European Parliament, but will also give the space to discuss the future global work of Transparency International in this area.

The conference will count with speakers from many organisations active in this field, including UNDP, Open Government Partnership (OGP), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), Sunlight Foundation, The Economist Intelligence Unit and many others.
